Behavior Audit
Our audit is similar to an executive health assessment and diagnosis.
It is a discovery-driven process that is guaranteed to reveal the
“black box” of why you do what you do. It reveals what
is unique to you. It highlights what strengths may be overdeveloped
or underdeveloped. It reveals the roots of your success patterns
and why you second-guess yourself at times. It gives us personalized
information of where to focus customized development to help you
meet your current challenges and build capacity to achieve your
aspirations. As a bonus, the contents of your “black box”
remain relevant for any major transitions, personally and professionally,
till the day you die.
Customized Coaching
Packages (Prerequisite: ASK Discovery Behavior Audit)
These packages are focused on specific issues and developmental
areas. Coaching includes identifying behaviors that contribute to
and/or interfere with personal productivity—examining required
competencies and increasing effectiveness in working relationships
at all levels. During our sessions, we interpret situations from
multiple perspectives, acknowledge obstacles and opportunities,
transform pressure into a positive force, and determine ways to
leverage current tendencies, competencies, and resources.
Targeted Coaching

These packages are focused on only one or two issues and meant to
close the gap between what is happening and what needs to happen
— customized approaches that fit your needs and style in order
to close the gap. 
Small-group

Learning Labs are experiential sessions that give a group the opportunity
to learn from experience by using current challenges and issues.
