Our approach

Our approach is meaningful for someone in the midst of a transition or driving change — they aren’t like everyone else. They don’t have the luxury of time. They are in a role where the stakes are high. They don’t want a one-size-fits-all approach. They want a fit for them, their circumstances, and their phase of life/work.

A valuable employee has learned much through theory and experience. Many “have been there, done that” and gained a high degree of self-knowledge.

What we don’t do:

We don’t put people through a series of tests and assessments because assessments are normative patterns from a large cross section of people. These results tell you when and where you conform to the pattern. This can be useful information up to a point.

What we do:

We take a very personalized approach—a proprietary process for connecting dots that reveals your hidden assets and liabilities. Our methods make sense of previous self-knowledge in new ways that enable you to shorten the learning curve. It means greater specificity regarding your areas of development. You will get a clear picture of your uniqueness and what you need to leverage or learn to grow and develop.

Our approach in transforming leadership behaviors—our core strength—is unique in that we apply a discovery-driven coaching process. Having been proven business leaders in the past, we bring a wealth of relevant experience and skills to the table in interpreting and guiding the behavior change process.

We begin by having conversations with key stakeholders and the individual regarding the gap of where they are now and where they need to be. We continue these conversations to exchange feedback and sustain the change process. We are very mindful of what is private and what is shared to ensure confidentiality.

How do we measure success?

We measure success by the leader’s increased proficiency to demonstrate skill, courage, and/or conviction to handle difficult situations differently than they did before.

We gather this information from their reflections, as well as by conversations with them and their stakeholders. We refer regularly to their private plan and public plan to monitor progress and skill building.
